The 300 hour certification is ideally for yoga teachers, who, after completing their 200 hours, now want to refine their own personal practice and improve their teaching skills.
Advanced asanas will be taught and discussed, along with in depth analysis of adjustments for said poses. Sanskrit will be emphasised and heavily encouraged, along with a deep insight and discussion into the philosophical intricacies of the practice. We will also be delving into more advanced pranayama and meditation techniques, that will aid you in your own personal development and also transfer on to your students.

Requirements
In order to enrol in our 300 hour yoga teacher training course, you will need to have already acquired a yoga alliance 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. The course will be physically demanding and we encourage that students come with a willingness to practice and fully engage with all of the syllabus that is offered.
As is true with the 200 hour certification, we ask that you come with an empty cup, ready to be filled. We aim to cultivate an atmosphere of openness at Shree Sanjeevani Kriya Yog Foundation that is free from ego. We believe that for learning to be conducive, a judgement free environment is paramount.
